NeoBank, a rapidly growing digital-first bank, was struggling with their existing dashboard. Users found it overwhelming, with important information buried under layers of navigation. Customer support was flooded with basic questions that should have been self-service.
The challenge was clear: redesign the entire dashboard experience to be intuitive enough for first-time users while powerful enough for advanced users managing complex portfolios.
